Just found out that you are pregnant? Congratulations! The PPA 'My Pregnancy' Class is designed just for YOU!. We will provide you and your partner with a special opportunity to spend time together to focus upon your new pregnancy. You will also get to meet others at exactly the same stage as you. This antenatal class gives you the pregnancy information and support you need, when you need it. You don’t have to wait until late pregnancy to come to antenatal classes!
PPA's 'My Pregnancy' Class is designed to support you to:
- Feel confident about looking after yourself, your partner and your baby during pregnancy;
- Understand what is going on with your changing body and emotions;
- Find your way through the different options available in your community for the care of you and your baby.
This antenatal class is taught by our trained and professional PPA antenatal educators and is structured around your needs. Together we explore the things you want to know more about. The course is designed to build your trust and confidence in your own inbuilt abilities to grow a strong baby and enjoy a healthy pregnancy. In past courses, participants have chosen to look at topics from pregnancy diet and baby development, through to changes in pregnancy week by week and choices for pregnancy care.
The cost per couple is only $90.00, which includes all course materials and an audio program of Deep Relaxation / Self-Hynosis for Pregnancy.
Concession rates are available for Healthcare Card Holders, full-time students and lone parents in genuine need.
